I'm Laura, an agent and performance coach based in the UK, working with actors and creatives who want to do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process.

At the heart of everything I do is one belief:

great performances come from connection, to the self, to the body and to the story being told.

Through one-to-one coaching, on-set and in-rehearsal support, workshops and reflective creative tools, I help actors build truthful, grounded performances and sustainable creative lives.

With over 17 years' experience across theatre, film and creative training, as an actor, coach, director and agent, I've learned that technique alone is not enough. What lasts is presence. Regulation. Self-trust. Storytelling that feels alive and truthful.

 

Creative Alchemy is the process of turning inner work into outer expression - transforming uncertainty into clarity, and preparation into freedom.
