My Approach

I bring over a decade of experience as an actor, director, coach and an agent. I've worked across theatre, film and TV, and I can quickly diagnose what's holding a performance back and offer practical, personalised tools to help unlock truth, presence and emotional clarity.
I don't believe as actors we're here to learn 'one right way'; I believe we're here to grow into the kind of actor only you can be.
My work balances rigour with care, challenging you where you need to be challenged, while creating a space where you feel safe to take risks, fail and find something truthful.
The Gonsalves Method
I am proud to be the only trained practitioner of The Gonsalves Method currently based in Northern Ireland.
Developed by Aileen Gonsalves, this is a revolutionary approach that supports actors in preparing and delivering performances that are effective, impactful and deeply connected.
I've trained with Aileen since 2012, and her work underpins everything I do, ensuring performances are grounded, truthful and alive.
I run introductory training sessions for actors to The Gonsalves Method, and also can provide 1-1 training in this. You can sign up here to be the first to hear when group sessions are available to book.
